Adrianne Palicki's first major acting role was as Tyra Collette in the TV series "Friday Night Lights," which she landed after only two auditions.

Before pursuing acting, Palicki was a regular attendee of Comic-Con and even worked as a cosplay model.

Palicki was originally cast as Wonder Woman in a TV series pilot in 2011, but the show was not picked up by the network.

She trained extensively for her role as Lady Jaye in "G.I. Joe: Retaliation," including learning how to handle firearms and participating in military training.

Palicki appeared in two episodes of "Supernatural" as Jessica Moore, the girlfriend of Sam Winchester, before her character was killed off.

In the TV series "The Orville," Palicki's character, Commander Kelly Grayson, is the ex-wife of the show's main character, played by Seth MacFarlane.

Palicki was once engaged to her "Friday Night Lights" co-star, Scott Porter, but the couple ultimately called off their engagement.

She has also lent her voice to several video game characters, including Sarah Palmer in the "Halo" franchise.

Palicki starred alongside Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in the 2013 action film "G.I. Joe: Retaliation."

She played the role of Bobbi Morse, aka Mockingbird, in the TV series "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."

Palicki appeared in the music video for the band Papa Roach's song "Still Swingin.'"

She has also done voice acting for animated TV shows, including "Robot Chicken" and "American Dad!"
